When reporting a bug, the following details make it dramatically easier to reproduce and fix:
- •The exact tool you were using, e.g. /tools/compress.
- •Your browser and version (for example: Chrome 130 on macOS 14).
- •The image format and approximate file size you were processing. Please don't attach the original file unless you're certain you have the right to share it — we don't need your photo to debug most issues.
- •What you expected to happen vs. what actually happened.
- •Any error messages from the page, or output from your browser's Developer Tools console (F12).
